At El Leon Construction we implement various project management techniques to oversee the planning, design, and construction of a project, from its beginning to its end. To help control a project’s performance, we manage the following 7 categories:

Shell & Structural

Also known as “base build,” this construction consists of only the building core and its exterior elements (the shell). It is an approach where we create a blank slate on which the tenant can create a working space that is an exact fit for their own needs. This service includes:

Foundation and structural skeleton, cladding, base plant, completed common areas, such as lobbies, receptions, staircases, toilets, elevators, basements, parking lots, and loading bays, external work, building envelope, including insulation, external walls, glazing, and roof.

Interior Drywall

Our Interior drywall process is executed in three phases.

Framing: Our experienced framers are trained to carry out the construction of metallic or wood structures allowing the framing work to finish with exact levels.

Drywall: We install drywall panels using a unique technique to achieve maximum material savings and optimal installation on walls and ceilings.

Plaster Finishing: We provide Level # 4, level # 5, skim coat, and other types of finishes you may need.  

Finishes

Interior finishes encompass all the natural and synthetic materials and devices used to cover the interior and exterior of a building's framing structure to enhance its service and aesthetic qualities. Finishing work is the concluding stage of construction; in many cases, the overall quality of a building or structure being put into service depends on the quality of its execution.

Our finishing work include facing, plastering, flooring, painting, wallpapering, and glazing.
